This is Squibnocket Farm

Paradise lost, found just past the only gated community on Martha’s Vineyard. Only 11 houses dot this graceful seascape of wonder, a storybook eutopia that sits on the southern tip of the surrealistically picturesque town of Chilmark. Yours comes with a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, exquisitely furnished rooms, cathedral ceilings, grand piano, richly crafted woodwork, and walls of windows saturated with rare bird’s eye views.

With a glass of Chardonnay in hand, enjoy your own bird sanctuary and endless ocean stretches where glimpses of a passing seal will sure to invite you and your family down to its shoreline for a barefooted stroll along your very own baby-smooth pearled beaches.

And if a private oceanfront expanse isn’t enough, Squibnocket Farm, drenched in maritime history, also boasts its own pond where the underwater remains of an old Viking Fort gives the fanciful farm something of its own lost Atlantis.
